Bimini Beachwear Return Policy

We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in the condition you received them, in the original packaging, and with all the original tags attached. Women's swimwear must have all tags and hygienic liner intact. Worn and washed products may be returned if damage is due to manufacture defect. Note that our facility is near Houston, Texas, so please allow for transit time from your location. Once your return is received at our facility, processing of your return may take up to 7 business days. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your item(s) and the return has been processed. We cannot reimburse original or return shipping or handling charges. A one-time price adjustment on sale items may be made within 14 days of purchase. The original sales receipt is required in our retail locations. Note that we can only make exchanges for in-stock styles and colors.
